Meet Michele Colafrancesco

Michele Colafrancesco is a results-driven real estate professional with deep roots in North Texas and the greater DFW area, specializing in residential real estate, new construction, land, and development. With years of experience and strong relationships throughout the community, Michele is known for taking exceptional care of her clients and making the real estate process feel as seamless and personal as possible.

For Michele, real estate has always been about people first. She believes in doing what you say you’re going to do, being there when your clients need you, and treating every client like family. Her business has been built on genuine relationships, trust, hard work, and a commitment to providing the very best customer service and care.

Alongside her husband, Kyle, Michele is also a co-owner of Knight Propane, which has given their family an even deeper connection to the people, businesses, builders, developers, and families who make North Texas such a special place to call home.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Michele began her career in the insurance industry before moving to Charleston, South Carolina, where she opened and operated a branch on exclusive Kiawah Island specializing in high-value personal lines insurance. In 2005, she married Kyle, a home builder and real estate developer, and moved to Texas—where her real estate journey began.

Today, Michele has closed more than $100 million in sales, earned Top Producer recognition for more than five consecutive years, and was named Top Real Estate Agent by Fort Worth Magazine from 2021–2025. She has also consistently ranked among the Top 25 agents in Parker County based on MLS production from 2019–2025.

Outside of real estate, Michele is a member of Mira Vista Country Club, an avid tennis player, and a USTA 4.0 competitor. Most importantly, she and Kyle are proud parents of four children and recently celebrated sending their first child off to college at Ole Miss! And yes… she went Kappa! ❤️💙
